About us

Chef Bart Pluymaekers and Hostess Romana Ritzen and team welcome you. In the kitchen we work with carefully selected fresh products from the region, from Dutch soil and from the North Sea. The dishes consist of worldly flavors from Asian to classic French and are prepared with many different techniques.  

 

Chef Bart Pluymaekers and his sous-chef Koen Verheezen know how to bring out the best every time. From amuse bouche to chocolates, everything is homemade by our kitchen brigade. 

Hostess Romana Ritzen provides for you, together with our sommelier Gerdiena Broekman, the most delicious wine and food pairing. Together with our wine suppliers they search for the most beautiful wines from various grape varieties and from different countries. Our wine cellar contains a diverse selection of wines. They also provide exciting non-alcoholic alternatives of homemade juices and beautiful cocktails that are also well matched to the various dishes.  

 

Finally, we hope that as a guest you will taste, see, smell, hear and experience our love and passion back with everything we have to offer. We always strive for the very best for our guests.
